Gainey Vineyard Shipping Policy

Due to federal regulations , an adult 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for the wine upon delivery. For this reason, we recommend all orders be shipped to a place of business, or held for pickup at the carrier location.
Gainey Vineyard cannot accept responsibility for failed delivery attempts. If packages are returned to the winery, they may be re-shipped at customer's request and expense.
