Our 2021 Limited Selection Syrah consists of 100% from fruit from our
Home Ranch Vineyard. This Syrah offers fascinating, complex aromas of ripe plum, dark cherry, blackberry. These are mingled with savory roasted
earth scents, dark chocolate, black licorice and white pepper. The fullbodied palate delivers dense, juicy, mouthfilling black fruit flavors –
primarily dark plum, blackberry and boysenberry – framed by sturdy,
but supple tannins and culminating in a long, savory finish.
Sumptuous and beautifully structured, this Syrah is delicious now
with hearty stews and beef, lamb and game dishes, but it will develop
further complexity with another 3-5 years of bottle age.
