Crafted entirely from grapes grown on our warm climate Home Ranch in the eastern Santa Ynez Valley, our Limited Selection Riesling is cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks and bottled after just a few months, with no time in barrel, to preserve and accentuate its fresh, floral aromas and lusciously fruity flavors. The multi-faceted bouquet of this delightfully fragrant wine is redolent of jasmine, spiced pear and lemon verbena. On the palate, the wine offers rich, round flavors of honeyed apple, peach, apricot and lime, with a zesty spice tone surfacing in the long, refreshing finish. A touch of residual sugar allows this wine to pair well with spicy Asian and Central American cuisine. This immensely appealing Riesling will age gracefully in for another 1-2 years from the time it was bottled.
