Crafted entirely from grapes grown on our cool climate Evan’s Ranch & Rancho Esperanza properties in the Santa Rita Hills AVA, our Limited Selection Chardonnay displays aromas of ripe apple, honeysuckle, yellow peach, scents of vanilla bean, spice and slate. On the palate, the wine is lush and creamy, yet clean and crisp, with mouthfilling Fuji apple, ripe peach flavors enhanced by a long lush finish. Delicious on release with rich fish, poultry and pork dishes – or simply on its own – this classic Santa. Rita Hills Chardonnay will age gracefully in bottle for 2-3 years from the date it was bottled.
